We are an Indian industrial automation company, established 2010 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, working in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar on a project basis. Siemens S7 engineering, control panels and industrial IoT — commissioned on site, then supported through our cloud platform.

To be clear about what we are: our offices are in India, not in the Gulf. We travel for commissioning and support the plant afterwards remotely. If what you need is an integrator down the road who can be on site in an hour, we will tell you so rather than waste your time — and if what you need is deep Siemens S7 engineering at Indian rates with proper remote visibility, that is exactly what we do.
Why this works

Distance stopped being the problem it used to be.

The reason remote support historically failed in automation is that the engineer could not see the plant. That constraint is gone, and it changes which work can sensibly be done from anywhere.

The plant publishes itself

With Arcline, a Siemens S7-1200 or S7-1500 sends its own data to the cloud over an encrypted outbound connection. Our engineers see live values, trends and alarms without anyone opening a VPN.

No inbound access required

No port forwarding, no remote desktop into the control network, no standing VPN for a foreign contractor — the objection that usually kills remote support arrangements before they start.

A useful time zone

India runs one and a half hours ahead of the UAE and two and a half ahead of Saudi Arabia. Our working day overlaps almost entirely with yours, which is not true of a European or American supplier.

Step 1 · Remote, no cost

Review by video and drawings

Single-line diagram, CPU models, firmware versions and photographs of the panel. Most of what determines feasibility can be established without anyone travelling.

Scope and fixed price

A written scope with what is included, what is excluded and how many site days it needs. Travel and visa costs stated separately rather than buried.

Step 3 · On site

Commissioning visit

Our engineers come to the plant for the physical work, the commissioning and the handover training. This part cannot be done remotely and we do not pretend otherwise.

Step 4 · Ongoing

Support with visibility

Once the plant is connected, support is a screen we can both look at rather than a description over the phone. Further site visits when genuinely needed.

Do you have an office in the UAE or Saudi Arabia?

No. Our offices are in India. We work in the Gulf on a project basis, travel for commissioning, and support the plant afterwards through our cloud platform. We would rather state that than imply a local presence we do not have.

How do you support a plant from India?

Through Arcline. The PLC publishes its own data over an encrypted outbound link, so our engineers see the plant live without being in it. Physical work happens during a site visit.

Will our IT department accept cloud connectivity?

Outbound only, no inbound port, no VPN into the control network, per-device certificates that can be revoked individually. Where you have specific data residency requirements, that is discussed before anything is committed.

What language do you document in?

English as standard, for drawings, screens and manuals. We work on Siemens and ABB platforms to IEC conventions, and our quality system is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
