We are an Indian industrial automation company, established 2010 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, working with mining, smelting and process plants in South Africa, Zambia, Nigeria and across the continent. Siemens S7 engineering and cloud-connected monitoring — commissioned on site, supported from anywhere.

To be clear about what we are: our offices are in India, not in Africa. We travel for commissioning and support the plant afterwards remotely. What we bring is fifteen years inside mining and metals plants, deep Siemens engineering, and a cloud platform that makes a remote site visible — not a local branch office.
Why mining, specifically

We did not learn this sector from a brochure.

Mining and metals is our core market in India. Our customers include Hindustan Zinc and other heavy industry groups, and the problems are the same wherever the ore is: dust, distance, vibration, and equipment nobody wants to shut down.

Crushers and conveyors

Drive control, interlocking and fault diagnosis on the equipment that stops the whole plant when it stops — usually at the least convenient moment and rarely with a clear reason on the panel.

Crane and machinery safety

Our VisionGuard system detects a person entering a crane path or restricted zone and can trip an interlock through the PLC. It is deployed on gantry cranes in heavy industry in India.

Remote substations

Substations and pump houses where sending an engineer to read a panel is most of the cost of knowing anything at all. A cellular link and a cloud dashboard replace the drive.

THE REAL CONSTRAINT IN AFRICA

Connectivity is thin. That is a design input, not an excuse.

Most remote-monitoring products assume a good link and behave badly without one. Ours were built for sites where that assumption does not hold.

  • Only changes are sent

    Not a video stream and not a continuous dump. Bandwidth demand is modest enough that a cellular connection is usually sufficient.

  • Cellular where there is no wire

    Modbus equipment connects through an industrial router; Siemens CPUs can use a CP 1243-7 LTE module.

  • A gap is recorded as a gap

    When the link drops, the trend shows a gap rather than a straight line invented across it. You always know what the data actually is.

  • Local control never depends on the link

    Control logic stays in the PLC. If the connection is down for a week, the plant runs exactly as it did before — you simply cannot see it.

We are open about the fact that Africa is a growth market for us rather than an established base. These are the countries where our sector experience translates most directly.

South Africa

Mining, smelting and minerals processing, with a mature engineering market that knows exactly what it is buying. Our value here is depth on Siemens platforms and the cloud layer above them.

Zambia & DRC

Copper mining and processing on the Copperbelt, where remote assets and long distances make a visible plant worth considerably more than a cheaper panel.

Nigeria, Ghana & Tanzania

Cement, process and manufacturing plants, often running Siemens equipment that needs migration, screens or metering rather than replacement.

Do you have an office in Africa?

No. Our offices are in India. We work in Africa on a project basis, travel for commissioning and support the plant afterwards through our cloud platform. We prefer to say that rather than imply a presence we do not have.

How do you monitor a site with a poor connection?

Only changes are transmitted, so bandwidth demand is modest and a cellular router is often enough. Where the link drops entirely, the gap is recorded honestly rather than filled in with invented values.
