Home / Industrial Automation in India

Industrial automation across India, run out of Rajasthan.

Vibrant Automations is an ISO 9001:2015 certified industrial automation company established in Jaipur in 2010. We engineer PLC, SCADA, HMI and drive systems — plus industrial IoT, energy management and AI vision — for heavy industry across Rajasthan, Delhi NCR and the rest of India.

Where our engineers actually are

Three offices, inside the belt we serve.

Most industrial automation companies quoting for a Rajasthan plant are driving in from another state. Ours are not, and on a plant that has stopped, that difference is the whole conversation.

Jaipur

Registered office and our engineering base. No. 360, Subhash Colony, Shastri Nagar, Jaipur 302016. Panel design, programming and the software team sit here.

Chittorgarh

In the middle of the Nimbahera cement belt and within reach of the Chanderiya zinc smelter complex. Site work in this district is a short drive, not an overnight trip.

Rajsamand

Covering the marble and mineral belt and the mining operations around Rajsamand and Udaipur, where sending an engineer from Jaipur every time would be neither fast nor affordable.

Industrial clusters we work in

India is not one market. Neither is automation.

What a Bhilwara spinning mill needs is not what a Nimbahera kiln needs. These are the clusters our work actually concentrates in, and what the plants there usually ask us for first.

Chittorgarh & Nimbahera — cement

Kiln & raw mill drivesMV switchgearCrusher controlThermal monitoringEnergy metering

A dense cluster of cement plants with large motor estates and big switchgear rooms. ThermoGuard and Vibrant EMS land fastest here, because demand charges and hot joints are both expensive and both invisible between inspections.

Bhilwara & Gulabpura — textile

Ring frame drivesBlow roomHumidificationMotor condition monitoringShift-wise energy

Spinning mills with enormous motor counts where power is a top-three cost line. Energy metering split by shift and department, plus condition monitoring on ring frames, is the usual starting point.

Udaipur, Rajsamand & Chanderiya — zinc, mining, minerals

Crusher & conveyor controlRemote substationsCrane safetyCloud monitoring

Mining and smelting operations, often with remote assets nobody stands next to. This is where Arcline and man-machine interaction safety systems earn their place.

Kishangarh, Makrana & Kota — stone and process

Cutting & polishing linesGantry controlRetrofit S7-300 → S7-1500Panel rebuild

Stone processing lines and older process plants, a lot of them running controllers a generation out of support. Retrofit and panel rebuild work dominates.

Delhi NCR — manufacturing and OEM

Machine automationOEM panelsLine integrationRemote support

Our second core market. Discrete manufacturing and machine builders, where the work is tighter, faster and more about integration than about heavy process control.

Pan-India projects

GujaratMaharashtraMadhya PradeshTamil NaduKarnataka

We travel for projects and have delivered outside our home states. We will say plainly when a site is far enough that ongoing support would be better handled by somebody local — and when our cloud platform makes distance stop mattering.

WHAT WE ARE ASKED FOR MOST

Most of our work is on plants that are already running.

Greenfield projects are the minority. The majority is somebody else’s system that has aged, broken or outgrown what it was built for.

  • Retrofit and migration

S7-200 and S7-300 to S7-1200 and S7-1500, with the old logic documented before a line of new code is written.

  • Fault-finding on running plants

Intermittent faults on systems we did not build. Often the first call, and often how a customer relationship starts.

  • SCADA and HMI development

WinCC Explorer, TIA WinCC Advanced and Unified, and the full KTP, TP and MTP panel range.

  • Drives and energy

SINAMICS and ABB drive commissioning, and the metering that shows whether the change actually saved anything.

  • Control panels

Designed, wired, tested and commissioned — including rebuilding panels somebody else built a decade ago.

Questions Indian plants ask us

Straight answers.

Which services do you provide in India?

PLC programming and migration, SCADA and HMI development, VFD and drive commissioning, control panel design and build, industrial IoT, energy management, AI vision safety and condition monitoring — on Siemens S7 and SINAMICS, and on ABB PLCs and drives.

Where in India do you work?

Offices at Jaipur, Chittorgarh and Rajsamand put our engineers inside the Chittorgarh–Bhilwara–Udaipur belt. Delhi NCR is our second core market, and we deliver projects pan-India, travelling to site for commissioning.

Do you work on existing plants?

Mostly. Retrofitting obsolete controllers, fault-finding on systems somebody else built, adding supervisory screens to machines that never had them, and metering plants that were never designed to be metered.

Are you a Siemens partner?

No. We are an independent system integrator. Our engineers hold Siemens certifications for PLC, VFD, HMI and SCADA programming — training and examination, not a distribution agreement.

How quickly can you reach a Rajasthan plant?

From Jaipur, Chittorgarh or Rajsamand, most Rajasthan industrial sites are a few hours by road rather than a day of travel. That is usually why customers in these belts choose us over an integrator in another state.

Can you support a plant far from Rajasthan?

For project work, yes. For day-to-day support at distance, our Arcline cloud platform lets us see the plant without being in it — which is honestly the only way remote support works well.

Beyond India.

Tell us which plant, and what stopped.

We will come and look at it. The first survey costs you nothing and you keep the findings, whether or not you use us afterwards.
